At Trevant Quell International Law Firm, our Business Practice Group extends comprehensive general corporate retained legal services to numerous small to middle-sized companies across the United States through our flagship “Trevant Quell Compass Program.” We call this program the Trevant Quell Compass Program to emphasize that this program provides guidance and strategic direction for businesses at every stage of their growth.
The Trevant Quell Compass Program encompasses day-to-day operations and governance, catering to a diverse range of industries, including but not limited to restaurants, digital media and marketing, contractors, venture capital funds, transportation, food, real estate, and technology. Tailored to our clients’ business models and industries, though this unique program, we offer legal guidance on the myriad issues arising from their day-to-day operations, aiming to optimize their internal management and overall efficiency.
With the Trevant Quell Corporate Retainer Program, you receive top-tier legal expertise, ongoing support, and deep business understanding on a monthly basis—at a fraction of the cost of hiring an in-house attorney or relying on costly hourly firms. Our program is designed to grow with your business, ensuring you have the right legal partner at every stage of your journey.
Our Trevant Quell Compass Program is designed to support companies at every stage of their growth, offering tailored legal and strategic guidance on an annual basis. We provide three tiers of service to meet the evolving needs of businesses:
- Trevant Quell Bronze Program – Ideal for startups and small businesses, this entry-level tier provides essential corporate legal support, including entity formation guidance, contract reviews, and compliance oversight.
- Trevant Quell Silver Program – Designed for growing companies, generally with a gross income of $1,000,000 a year, this mid-tier package expands on the Bronze Program with more comprehensive corporate governance, contract negotiation support, and risk management strategies.
- Trevant Quell Gold Program – Our premier offering, this tier is tailored for established businesses or public company businesses generally with a gross income of over $3,000,000 or more a year, requiring ongoing strategic counsel, high-level contract structuring, regulatory guidance, and proactive legal planning.
Each tier ensures that companies receive the appropriate level of legal and business support as they scale, giving them the confidence to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
The scope of our services and pricing of each program is outlined below: Our billable hours services range from $175 – $795. Therefore, the basic and premium corporate retainer provides significant services on overall legal services.

Terms and Conditions
- Deal Manager. The Firm will appoint a deal manager, an attorney who will serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s matter. If the client wishes to replace the deal manager, a request may be submitted to the Firm.
- Up to 20 Hours/Month. The Trevant Quell Silver and Gold Programs are designed to provide up to 20 hours respectively of legal services a month at a flat rate, without differentiating between rates based on seniority, e.g., usually Partners charge between $500 – $795/hour and Senior Associates charge $350/hour, etc. However, if 20 hours is exceeded within one calendar month, clients will automatically be charged based on prevailing hourly rates with a 20% discount. The Firm has no obligation to advise the clients as to whether they exceed the month threshold.
- Turnaround Time. The Firm requires a minimum of 72 hours of notice or longer based on the nature of deliverable. For same day urgent matters, the Firm shall bill hourly.
- Call Scheduling. Phone call scheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
- Excluded Services. Legal services excluded from Trevant Quell Compass Program include litigation, specialized financing transactions (e.g., debt or equity financing), mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, initial public offerings, entry into commercial leases, preparation of immigration or intellectual property related materials, or any material transactions not conducted in the ordinary course of business of the client.
- Travel Excluded. Any travel-related services are excluded from the scope of Trevant Quell Compass Program.
- Cancellation Policy. Clients may cancel any time, but any funds paid are not refundable.
Payment Schedule of the Trevant Quell Compass Program
- Trevant Quell Bronze Program – $2,500 per month is payable in two installments during the calendar year, $15,000 upon signing of the engagement letter and the remaining $15,000 six months later.
- Trevant Quell Silver Program – $4,000 per month is payable in quarterly installment payments of $12,000 each quarter.
- Trevant Quell Gold Program – $6,000 per month is payable in quarterly installment payments of $18,000 each quarter.
